Shipping & Delivery

For shipment within Singapore:

We offer free shipping & handling charges for order(s) above S$25.00. Order(s) below S$25.00 comes with a surcharge of S$5.00 (for shipping & handling charges).

For International shipment:

For order(s) below 2KG, our charges (based on estimated total weight, no handling charges) are as follows:

Additional 10 grams S$0.25 S$0.35

For bulk order(s), i.e. order(s) above 2KG, email your order(s) and shipping address to sales@seashellplace.com. We will advise you via email on the shipping charges. Once confirmed, you will receive an invoice for payment through PayPal.All parcel/s will be delivered to you via the postal service (as a Registered Airmail Article). We will post your order(s) within three (3) business days upon receiving your full payment.

We DO NOT request your credit card number at any point in this web site. All credit card transactions are to be made through PayPal web site only.

Returns & Replacements

We take utmost care in packing your merchandise to ensure zero breakage and we are confident with our products! However, for some reason, should you opt to exchange/return the merchandise, we will accept it, no question asked!

Conditions for Exchange/Refund:
1) Request for returns must be made within 3 days from the date you receive the merchandise. Quote us your order number.
2) All merchandise has to be returned to Sea Shell Place via Post
3) All merchandise returned must be in original packing and un-used
4) We will refund or proceed with the exchange after we receive the merchandise.
5) For local address customer(s), you will receive full refund (less S$5.00 administrative charges).
6) For international address customer(s), product(s) refund only
